SILMASTAB AE1527 is functional masterbatch specific for ATH and MDH filled PE and EVA compounds designed for cable applications. In particular way, it is suitable for HFFR (LSZH or LS0H) compounds containing MDH filler, the natural one (= ground brucite) and the synthetic one, in order to avoid any discolouration or colour change due to interaction between phenolic antioxidants and MDH. PE/MDH or EVA/MDH compounds with SILMASTAB AE1527 will not get green or brown colour, as sometime occurs with traditional antioxidants during compounding or during pre-drying or during cable extrusion.

1% of SILMASTAB AE1527 works also as viscosity reducer and processing promoter.
